According to the ABI study, entitled ‘Enterprise Mobility Applications and Services Research Service’, there is determined growth in the sphere, with North America and Western Europe the strongest-growing markets year on year.

Symantec marries up MDM and MAM in suite update
Security vendor Symantec has upgraded its mobile management suite to incorporate both mobile device management (MDM) and mobile app management (MAM) capabilities, among other features. Launched at the Symantec Vision convention in Las Vegas, the updated suite has other interesting features, including a mobile mail client, single sign on (SSO) for MAM, and MAM connection security, so that URL whitelisting can ensure apps send data to approved servers.

California-based mobile engineering product provider AgreeYa Mobility has today launched Onvelop, a cross-platform interoperable enterprise mobility tool which synchronises with SharePoint, Lync, and Office365.
